National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — fastag - paid but still not received fastag from brokerage free

I had applied and paid for fastag on 22/11/2019 through brokerage free in the hope of getting it within 3 to 4 days but so far i have not received the fastag from brokerage free. Whenever i call their number at bangalore they do not give any response. I had sent to their whatsaap number the details still they keep quiet with out any response. Instead of receivinf fast through online it is not yet received after 2 weeks
