National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Fastag return journey not being recognized

Sir, the toll plazas near seoni district M.P. 480661 are not recognizing return trip on their fastag systems and are charging full amount even if vehicle return in 1 hour duration. please pay attention to this issue and take corrective measures as soon as possible.
