In raikal tollplaza, they are allowing non-fastag vehicles also in fastag lane, due to this for passing fastag vechciles are getting delayed. I observed this several times. Where as sakapur toll plaza is maintained very well as they are allowing only fasttag vehicles in fasttag lane.

Please take neceesary steps at raikal tollplaza and also pullur tollplaza on same highway to maintain the fasttag lanes for only fasttag vehicles which will help for saving the resources and time.

National highways and other state highways.
In most accident cases are happening in night time due to colloide on stopping vehicles.
This can be avoided fully,
Every where in the world all big roads or highways or small roads are illuminated very brightly due to that the following things are avoided fully.
1) due to illumination on full road the head light of vehicle, s intensity is reduced, due to that driver didn't get disturbed due to the light of other opposite vehicle.
2) due to illumination on full road driver can see the road very clearly so no collide on stopping vehicle,
These are the main advantages of providing street lights on all roads
And i request national highways authorities can take lead in this.
I hope express action will be taken on this

This is about a daylight, unwarranted and certainly an avoidable accident on our national highway.

While travelling from vizag to rajahmundry on 7th march 2018 in our ford figo car, we ended up colliding with another car in front o[censored]s, which stalled suddenly after noticing an un-sanctioned speedbreakers at gandepalli village on nh-16, andhrapradesh.

There were no traffic signs or markers indicating the presense of any speed breakers in that section of the highway.

As a result of this collision, entire front portion of our car got totally damaged, rendering our car useless. We both miracally escaped with minor injuries because of ford's special design of crumple zone in engine bay and bonnet of our car figo. Also, wearing seat belt was another contributing factor to our safety.

We left the car in ford workshop for repairs and also applied for our insurance which is being attended to.

Now we request you to arrange for reimbursement of the additional charges that are not covered through insurance - as it pretty obvious that the accident was caused due to negligence from the national highway department by allowing those speed breakers to exist in that particular section and also not having right set of markers or traffic sign boards indicating the presense of the same.

Please acknowledge the receipt of this mail and also keep us updated with the details & progress of any actions being taken up in response to this email.

Paid rs.1200 on 24th march ‘18 by neft, through my hdfc bank a/c and submitted all documents.
Subsequently rc copy mailed separately on 5th april ‘18, on receipt of mail.
Confirmation mail received acknowledging and informed that all is in order.
Nothing happened since then.
Their phone is not reachable, always busy. I tried to register my complaint on their site. First it mentions ‘incorrect code’ then ‘mail could not be sent’. Every single attempt has resulted this way, hence reaching out to you. I travel on that road still paying cash at the toll gates!!

One bunnane toll plaza near garh mukt eshwar on highway nh9. Up.. Me and my father in ambulance come from phagwara punjab.. I surprise to se there r no different or que for ambulance and no toll plaza employee to attention or reaction to clear the way of ambulance.. I lost 20 minutes on toll plaza... Any have any system for it...

Yesterday i was going to shiv, on neembasar tol, i demanded return ticket, he refused, with plea that there is no traffic on this road, hence they are not issuing return ticket, he mis behavior with me, when i told him that i shall complaint against him then he gave me return ticket.

This is to bring to your kind notice that the officials at panipat toll plaza are not following supreme court rules of exemption of toll in case the delay is of more than 3 minutes.
We reached the toll plaza queue at 3 : 02 p. M. On 13/4/2018 and had to wait for our turn till 3 : 09. On asking for exemption of toll, the officials misbehaved and forced us to pay the toll on behalf of a old letter (Copy of which has been attached). You are requested to go through the video clip of this incident to know about the harassment we had to face. Our vehicle no. Is hr 54 4026 (White swift desire).
We request you to look into this matter urgently and take necessary actions against them

Sir, i am punjab civil services officer moving on an official assignment from bathinda to nct of delhi using a hired by tender vehicle of state government. I produced all relevant documents before them for my valid exemption but toll staff denied and i habe been charged the toll amount. वरील विषयास अनुसरून आपणास तक्रार अर्ज करण्यात येतो कि हिंगोली ते कनेरगाव नाका महामार्गावर सध्या काम चालू आहे. परंतु त्या कामामध्ये मुरूम वापरण्या ऐवजी मोठ मोठाले दगड त्या ठिकाणी वापरण्यात येत आहेत. आणि त्या मुळे त्या महामार्गावर अनेक अपघात होत आहेत. भविष्यात कोणतीही मोठी हानी त्या ठिकाणी होऊ शकते .

I would like to inform you that toll people are goons at gurgaon - faridabad toll tax, i visited today around 4:50 pm and person who was sitting at toll was talking so rudely without any reasons and it seems like he just wanted to provoke me so that they can do anything they want, my vehicle number is hr51az 8230 and on 9 th april around 04:45 pm i was at toll and person was talking so rudely.

Request you to please take the required action.

Either shops or lorry weighing station should be closed.

Madurai, alagappanagar - lorry weighing scale is in front of shops may lead to accident. No parking facilities, barricade is kept disturbing motorist. Madurai corporation should take action. While weighing the long container lorries, vehicles there is 15 mins traffic jam on nh7. Please take action and prevent the major road accidents.

I am a defence employee. I provided octroi certificate for toll free transportation of personal items from ramanathapuram to porbandar. I also provided toll tax exemption certificate with all goi letters written on it duly stamped and signed from my office. On 08 apr 18 toll office at omalur denied passing of truck despite producing certificate. When driver called me, i talked to toll supervisor on phone but he too didn't solved the problem and allowed only after receiving toll tax.

The operative at Devihalli Hassan Tollway Limited extracted cash from me as toll telling fastag was not working, and amount got debited from my fastag account too leading to double charging me. Moreover, they are allowing non-fastag vehicles also in fastag lane, and not charging the prescribed penalty for non-fastag vehicles getting in fastag lane.

Sir, under ss scheme, the laying of road is going on in the way between the village rengasamuthiram and renganathapurm in aundipatty taluk, theni district, tamilnadu state. The work must be temporarily suspended because due to village festival the village is heavily crowded and more vehicles are going for conveyance. The work also presents much hardship and trouble to us. Secondly the quality of laying road is not up to the standard. It is very poorly being carried out. Thirdly it is done hastily due to the unexpected crowd gathering for village festival. More importantly, inspire of our repeated requests the concerned authority turned deaf ear to us. Hence i kindly request you to take necessary steps and to pass appropriate order directing the concerned authority to suspend the work temporarily till the festival is over.

Please find details pic, security guard did not allows us to pass through fasteg lane while he allowed some personal vehicle known to him. Even behaved rudely. It’s situated at nh-48 before belgaon. I believe all toll need to have some process to follow and if some one not following it’s need to be punish strictly. I am very much positive to get action on my complaint. Thanks

I am traveling frequently from kamkole toll plaza most of the the times waiting time is
More than 10 minutes. On 04/04/2018 at 3.10 pm same repeated i went to l&t office to ask regarding long waiting time they told we have to wait otherwise send a complaint to nhai so please let me know the procedures and rules and please sort out the problem on this route.
