Sir,
We are living Gamon Colony, Durgapur -713203, since birth, but Highway Authority does consider us as human beings and so they enclose in front of bus stop and compel us to walk much more, whatever our physical situation may be ! Moreover trucks and vehicles used to stand near the stop and make us more trouble. Please take steps.

Faridabad gurgaon toll road is very risky in nights especially in rainy season because there are no lights on this road . We have been paying toll charges for many years now, still we are not getting basic necessities. We are tax paying citizens and we don't have basic necessities. Shameful

The Faridabad Gurgaon toll plaza operators are complete goons. Due to a conflict between the state government, central government and the toll plaza operators, the toll operators accepts only cash and UPI payments. There's no ETC Fast Tag implementation yet since many years, and the Government is least concerned about implementing the FastTag system at this toll. The toll operators, as a result of this, are charging double toll charges from many cars even though they are in the correct lane and already have a valid toll receipt or even doesn't keep cash money/change that needs to be returned back to the commuters when they pay, say for example, Rs 500 or Rs 2000 for the toll charges of just Rs 45. So, all commuters have to keep exact toll amount which is impossible to pay every day. The toll operators are rude, arrogant and are always in fighting mode. Even VIPs or Ministers don't pay toll tax and sometimes fight with the toll operators. There's no manager, supervisor or even a a concerned person who is available to resolve our problems. Since this toll plaza is is over a state highway, so nobody is responsible for taking care of this toll plaza, and even police are not present. NHAI should take immediate stringent action against this toll operators or should shut down this toll both.

On NH4 Katraj_Dehu bypass road lot of private buses and other vehicle are parking for passengers at Hinjewadi, Vadgaon dhayari bridge. This situation is prone to accident since one major accident was happened at Vadgaon bridge in the past. Also these vehicles are blocking the traffic on NH4.
Kindly look into it urgently.

Please organise rohad toll plaza management. Their behaviour is not good. They are taking so much time to collect toll. They not giving proper change currency. Toll plaza on rohtak Hisar road.

The main Toll Plaza at Badarpur Delhi- Faridabad border is highly mismanaged. It takes one & half time more time to pass through FASTAG lane in comparison to general category. lane. Two or three rows of car try to enter the entry gate at the same time causing jam at the entry point. I suggested them to place plastic blocks to streamline the cars to single row but they explained the shortage of blocks & they did not care. Thus the very purpose of having a fastag is defeated. There is insufficient man power to stop the entry of NON-tag cars. With number of fastag fitted cars increasing, the problem is compounded further. It is suggested to have two rows of fastag entry gates on both sides of Toll Plaza.

Sir...when the national highway road works is in progress, the service road and the main road conditions are very bad, should we pay the toll taxes in such conditions...?
I m specially talking about the condition of the national highway development o[censored]daipur to Ahmedabad via Himmatnagar...

The staff in the first toll from Hospet to Kustagi who let a non fast tag truck into the fast tag lane realised their mistake when the truck came to the scan point. In the mean time my vehicle with five trucks queued in the same lane. The staff impolite and asked us to go back just to take out the truck out from the lane. When we resisted they made us wait. All the persons stopped the vehicles in the other fast tag lane unless we are let move. This all took more than 15 minutes. And when asked about 3minutes rule, they were dum. I don't understand whether its fast tag or slow tag as the vehicles in the cash lane moved faster. The next we travel we I find it better to rip off the fast tag card...

Sir both sides Nh 17 from kodungallur to chavakkad is occupied by several businesses.driving is disturbed by several boards walking is disturbing business

Toll plaza between rohtak and jajjhar having permanent failure of fasttag scanner.
Big harassment. No response.

All other toll plaza working for fasttag. Even staff is very un cordial, lazy and careless.

Dear sir, we are passing by MPDRC Dewas & bhopal Toll tax, while paying tax they use abusive word and misbehaving against a lady.
Please kindly take an action against this, its not a first time.

I'm a serving colonel in the army I was harrased at the toll plaza at kubbe village near neelon Ludhiana on duraha chamkorsahib road the toll plaza staff was not aware or pretended to be unaware of govt orders on the subject and harrased me for more than a hour

Travelled from Vijayawada to Vishakapatmam on NH16 paid 440 rupees for 367kms, not an issue. But the roads not worthy to pay whooping 440rupees. When we are paying some amount it should be a minimum curtesy to provide better roads for what you’re getting.

I reached on korai toll plaza fatehpur sikri agra up they all not passed my fasttag vehicle I ask them about that they all treat Bed behaviour, abuse, talk rootly behaviour & fight with me and my friends on korai toll plaza fatehpur sikri agra up and also not passed to fasttag vehicle UP80 DL 8044 this toll plaza never accept nhai fasttag rules.
