National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Forced to pay by cash though we had Fastag

I want to draw your attention that at toll plaza of khed shivapur we were forced to pay by cash even we had fastag on 15 november 2020. The workers on the toll plaza behaved so rudely they told that your fastag is not working but after paying in cash the amount was also deducted from the fastag account. Even after we tried to convience them that fasttag is working their group camed together and froced to pay us in cash. We believe that strict action will be taken against them. Just imagaine how many time they might be doing it in a day. My registered mobile number is [protected] on fastag account .
