National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — forcefully collection of toll tax

I am a defence employee. I provided octroi certificate for toll free transportation of personal items from ramanathapuram to porbandar. I also provided toll tax exemption certificate with all goi letters written on it duly stamped and signed from my office. On 08 apr 18 toll office at omalur denied passing of truck despite producing certificate. When driver called me, i talked to toll supervisor on phone but he too didn't solved the problem and allowed only after receiving toll tax.

Updated by RUPAMSINGH_87 I am an armed forces employee. On my transfer from ramnad to porbandar i am transporting my personal household items through civil lorry. I am not travelling along with the lorry. However i have provide octroi certificate to lorry driver. According to goi regulations, armed forces are exempted from toll tax on transfers. But toll collection person are forcing the driver to pay toll tax despite showing certificate. I am attaching list of toll booths who have forced the driver and allowed only after payment. On NH4 Katraj_Dehu bypass road lot of private buses and other vehicle are parking for passengers at Hinjewadi, Vadgaon dhayari bridge. This situation is prone to accident since one major accident was happened at Vadgaon bridge in the past. Also these vehicles are blocking the traffic on NH4.
Kindly look into it urgently.
