National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — I am complaining against Mikirati Hawgaon Toll Plaza Nagaon-Hojai Road Assam,NH 36

On 10th March 2021 when my vehicle which(As12L0338, mob [protected]) was passing through the Mikirati Hawgaon Toll Plaza was stopped as I requested to allow me to pass via route reserved for exempted vehicles(as there was heavy traffic on normal counter) citing that it is reserved only for pass holders but to my surprise they were allowing other vehicle without any pass to cross via the same exit in return of money in cash without any receipt i.e. unaccounted money being collected in the name of pass..The veracity of my above statement can be traced by checking cctv footage of around 5-6 pm at the exempted/vip exit route and verifying whether all these cars have been issued pass or not?? Car bearing reg NO of Sonitpur district/AS12 (private vehicle) was also allowed to pass through the same route. The same money was demanded from me and I denied to pay in cash but requested to deduct from my fastag balance which they denied.The denial of receiving toll tax via online mode in itself is questionable. Sir plz look into this matter as the exempted/vip/reserved route on the the toll plaza has become a source o[censored]naccounted income for few officials entrusted there.
