National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — I paid with cash at toll but money also deducted from my fastag account

I had to pay a toll of rs 50 at rajchandrapur toll plaza (Nivedita setu, kolkata, west bengal) by cash in a no cash counter as the person in counter told that fashtag payment is not successful on 12th jan 2020 at 11:48:24 am. But after few minutes money also deducted from fashtag account. So i had paid twice for single journey.
