National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Iam not able to access money in fastag wallet in bogalur toll even though I had money in fastag wallet.

I tried to pay the money in bogalur toll using fastag wallet but they told my fastag wallet is black listed, but it is not black listed because I used that fastag wallet on (25/02/21 )in all toll gates except bogalur toll because on that day also I face that issue
I paid 140 rupees including tax, eventhough I had money of 720 in my wallet..
Please consider my redressal...and kindly take action...
