National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Many lanes closed at toll plaza.

On 10/2/2021 at 11.20 am only two lanes of the Haladgaon toll plaza on NH 361 were operational. Cash was being collected in fastag lanes. We had to wait for more than 15 minutes at toll plaza.
In the age of fastag such delays are unacceptable.
