The fastag lanes at milk majra toll plaza, jagadhri highway are never in working condition due to which jam and chaos is created at toll plaza and a lot of time is wasted. Attendents behave rudely. Only the cash machine lane is working in which there is long que since other fast tag lanes dont work. Attendents also dont respond properly. It is stated that Fastag service will work on all NHAI. But when i visited NH-547 they rejected for the service and started abusing. They were also not accepting for complain. I told them to let me have a conversation from your senior but they were not listening niether tolerelating.At last they left my car on cash reciept.

On 15/01/2020 07:35:57 AM, Car no. TN 28 BA 7036 not crossed in khed - shivpur toll plaza. But in this toll they wrongly debited my amount from my account. Please verify the car details and recovery it from original car holder and return my money Rs. 95 to my account. My fastag a/c no. [protected]. Thank you. Please take a action as much as soon.
