National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — misbehave of toll plaza staff

Am visit brijghat toll on 5 Dec 19 at 0458 PM . WITH Vehicle no. HR26DM7670.Toll operator said me that your fasting is not working so you have to pay cash. I paid rs 55 cash but my amount also deduct from Fastag.he also gave me receipt with other car number. When I asked for car number receipt he misbehave with me.

Even when the government has put the date of fast tag for 15 dec, even then only 1 line has been installed for cash on sonwa Tonk toll. And when you say that, your staff talks to you

I have crossed Krishnagiri Booth morning and returned same booth at evening. When going first trip it deducted rs 70. Return it has to be deduct 35 only for same day double. But return also deducted 70. Kindly do needful on this concern. This is my first day in fastag. So I planned to remove fastag.

Its about facilities on toll plaza bahardrabad jawalapur, haridwar, Uttarakhand, they have no ambulance no proper staff and also they are misbehaving with local people who are asking to go with monthly pass but they are allow to go but charged full amount also the person who is setting in the control room Nikhil yadav really an uneducated person they he just misbehaving also 2-3 times local people dragged him on road due to his misbehaving but still setting there.
I hope NHAI will act on this accordingly.
