At Mathani toll plaza, cash and fastag row maintaining at same line. It takes more than 10 minutes to cross toll plaza due to mismanagement of toll plaza. No manpower was there to manage lane. Even after complaint at plaza nobody bother to entertain. Even officers were not there to listen complaint.
