National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — My vehicle fastag active but double charge In cash

Dear sir,
I have journey from dausa to lalsot by my car no.RJ14WC4632 dated 18/06/2021 time:9:29pm on NH11A EXT Than I have reached Titoli toll plaza contractor name -SKKSM On booth no.L7 My Vehicle fastag is active and sufficient Balance in fastag. But toll plaza machine technical not debit my fastag amount. Than I told to oprater for read pos machine but he not use pos machine and forcely taken Duble amount (extra charge). Than I have lodged a complaint I toll free no1033 dated:19/06/2021 complaint no.- 3890401.than after not resolved my complain and closed my complain without my knowledge.
So I requested to you fault of toll plaza machine which not debit my blance from fastag I am not liable for pay extra amount .so reverse my extra charge amount and take siricly my complain otherwise I will go to consumer court against you and your toll plaza company .my cash receipt ticket no.166041.
