National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — no of national level toll-tax

I want to know that, between "upleta to rajkot (110 km)" their is 3 national level toll-tax and between "rajkot to ahmedabad (220 km)" their is "no" national level toll-tax. Why this is happened. I want to understand that, how the highway roads are categorised like "state level & national level". Because rajkot to ahmedabad is main road and main route for economical as well as transport road, but as per things it's consider as "state level highway". Hi sir ..today while driving on national highway 51 from VRL to keshod on my brand new Ertiga i faced serious issue with my car Tyre ...car Tyre got serious damage..i have driven only 1300 km since purchased..roads were horrible..nd we r paying too much of toll tax for it...it's very worst conditon for car to drive on such national highway...
