National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — payment for deducted in non fastag lane

I was traveling from dewas to sonkatch and went through bhowrasa toll plaza and paid the toll in cash but payment got deducted from my nhai fast tag wallet also
Complained on nhai 1033 but not yet resolved
Made calls again sent images of my toll receipt
Hours of calling on 1033 disappointed by government services it was better to stay in lane and struck in traffic rather then double charging by the toll plaza
Compliant no on nhai 1330717

FasTag deducted double amount for return journey within 24 hours. This happened more than twice for me.
