National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — poor toll booth management

Address:Gurgaon, Haryana, 122004

I am a daily commuter passing through manesar toll plaza (Gurugram),. I am daily facing chaos at the toll plaza, it takes approx 20-30mnts to cross the plaza in office ours and when you ask about why so much time is taking, they alway reply rudely and some times abusive.

Though i am usnig tag, still i am facing so much hardship. I am fedup with this toll plaza.

There is no fastag available on toll on highway Chittorgarh(Raj.)-Neemach(MP) near Chittorgarh.
