National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Refund amount for wrong deduction

Hi, Last year 2020 March month, my uncle drived my car and he gave money to toll plaza but I have already fastag, but that labours bought that money and also deducted from my account. I complaint against this issue and they told me, refund will processed. After India in lockdown, on that lockdown no one went out but they charged 100rs from my account, and car was in my home only that pandemic time that also I complaint. They told me refund initiated. Now date is 10 June 2021, still I didn't get that money. And they blocked my numbers and mail also. My name is Vijaya Ramki, car number is TN74AW2196
