Dear Sir / Madam, Fastag ID: [protected] Car No: MHO4EJ0018 Travelling Date: 12/02/2021 Kindly go through the attachments (Toll Payment Receipt) dated. 12/02/2021 at Khanivade Toll Plaza. Amount Charged: Rs. 140/- Manually Ticket No is[protected] And Rs. 70/- Via Fastag Transaction ID [protected]. Total Amount Paid Rs. 210/- While making the cash payment My Fastag balance was Rs. 150/- means I was having sufficient balance to pay single journey toll charges. For that your toll collector person told me to pay double charges for not having balance but the fact was my fastag account was having Rs. 150 Balance. I have to pay the same because I don’t have any other option. Then I enquired form official sources and also you are well aware that the said double toll charges is applicability is about to happen after 15th of February 2021. Means the information provided by your representative was false. Therefore, you are requested to refund the excess toll charges paid by me after deducting the same day return toll charges as per your norms. Was this information helpful? | |||
