We tn 49 ap 7755 having fastag we came towards trichy on 22.12.19 12.18 pm before our vehicle the non fastag vehicles allowed by collecting cash. Due to the delay in cash collection we have to wait some time. The purpose o[censored]sing fastag is questionable. I request to action against toll authorities.in future avoid such problems and ensure the service to the fastag holders. We expect your speedy action.
