Our institute's (Dr. Vikhe patil foundation pune) volvo car no-mh-16 ba 6699 was passing from sangamner (Maharashtra) toll plaza on 18th feb.2019 at 9.40 a. M. There was no fastag scanner available at toll plaza & the staff namely mr. Mukesh mahajan (Supervisor) behaved very rudely & was very harsh. We request you to kindly look in to it and do the needful.
