National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Status of issue of redeemable taxable bonds with benefits under section 54ec of income tax act

I have made an application on 06.03.2017 for issue of captioned bonds vide application no.21802287. The payment towards purchase of bonds was made on the same date in the axis bank, indore (M. P.) branch. The bonds in question have not been received as yet though a period of two months has already elapsed. The bonds may please be issued at the earliest and i shall be thankfull if you drop me a line of confirmation.
