National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — struggling to complete my kyc for nhai fastag wallet since 20 days

Hi,

I'm need to recharge my fastag for my commercial vehicles and need my nhai wallet limit upto 100000, also i submitted my document to complete my kyc but it's still showing as pending, i sent multiple emails also called nhai almost 20 times, but nobody is responding properly. Please suggest as my vehicle will charge double of the toll charge after 15th december
