National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — toll amount twice - from fastag as well as in cash

Person at toll plaza Dhule - Ircon Soma Tollway Pvt Ltd, NH-3. has forcibly asked to pay amount in cash even after it was got paid by fast tag. He was so arrogant and threatened to pay amount twice. I want refund of my amount. This complaint is not about money but against the loot happening at toll plaza. It's not fair to charge double toll when there is no FastTag. You should have cash lanes that charge regular toll. Ofcourse, entering FastTag only lanes can be penalized. Compare this with how it works in Western countries.

Toll plaza - P.D. aggarwal toll plaza moga kotkapoora road.

I cross this toll plaza at the date[protected] . There is no machinery aveleble for fastag collection . Toll plaza staff force me for cash transaction.
