National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — toll collected in cash and from fastag also (dual payment) 25.12.2019

I have pass Toll plaza Tatiawas(Jaipur) on 25.12.2019, RJ45 CJ0472 at toll, my FASTag shows BLACKLISTED and charges Rs. 180/- (Double Charge) in cash and when I reached to destination and found that Rs. 60/ has also been deducted from FASTag. In return journey Rs. 30/ again deducted from FASTag. Total Rs. 270 (Rs. 90/ (FASTag) and 180/- cash) has charged at toll.
