National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Toll collection at Vagai kulam toll in Thoothukudi Tirunelveli National Highway

Today i crossed Vagai kulam toll at 17.19 hrs on 31.01.21 and Rs. 65.00 was deducted from my account. My account had balance amount of Rs 400.00 (ICICI FAST TAG linked to vehicle no TN99Q4160). I returned through same toll at 19.00 hrs and i was told there is no balance in my account and they collected Rs. 65.00, though I had Rs. 335.44 as balance. This is happening every time I cross this toll booth and not in other places. Also most of the time they manually check the fast tag
