National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Toll collection by toll plaza in cash despite having FASTAG

I travelled through state high way from Kota (Rajasthan) to Itawa (Rajasthan). There was a toll plaza near Barod village. I asked them to collect toll by Fastag but they refused. It’s complete violation of government rules. Since government made it mandatory to have Fastag service on every toll plaza.
