National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — toll plaza at mandana kota

Dear sir/madam,
Request to you that i am Kamal jangam, my registered mobile number is [protected] and register vehicle number is Rj20 ca 6752,
My complain is that today i am coming from mandana toll plaza, they declared my fastag account blacklisted while in my fastag account balance was at that time 270/- rupee, they charged me 50/- rupee and given me in my hurry to reach destination, slip without mentioning my vehicle nomber, and when i reached at destination i got 25/- rupee deduction message, they told that no deduction will be done from your account, but it happens, they did fraud with me by declared me blacklisted, i am attaching with this mail given slip to me by them, and also pasting message which i got, request to you please do justice with me in this issue.

This is Tarun Hardiya, was coming from Indore on 21/11/20 & have crossed the Mandana Toll Plaza at apoxx 11.15 am, toll booth has taken Rs 50/- for toll tax & at the same time toll system has automatically deducted Rs. 50/- from my Fastag account. So all together I have paid Rs. 100/-

Today I m going from jhalawar to kota and my toll fees deduct from fasttag at 9:11 am but after some time at 9:52 am again I received a message of deduction toll fees . That time I was in kota city.
My vehicle no is RJ17UA4425 and my reg mo no is [protected]
