National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Toll tax deducted from fastag and taken from cash as well

I was travelling from Panchkula to Kasauli on 16 October 2021 At Sanwara Toll Plaza on NH-5 toll operator told that my fastag is not working . I had to pay double fee in cash due ( Rs 55+Rs55) but later I found that the toll tax had been charged from fastag as well.

Please refund the double amount i.e Rs 110 of toll tax I had to pay in cash as the tax already got deducted from fastag
