Dear sir,
I purchased fasttag in tundla toll plaza counter i residance & car address local but fasttag ded. Amount of rs.55/-, but cash payment of toll of rs.30/- on local. But no clear this matter & no fasttag software updated on local pessengers. & no availave the toll manager of tundla toll plaza

We were made to purchase and use fastag for smooth running of traffic and no waiting at the toll plaza. but at the mahuvan toll plaza they authorties are allowing non fastag vehicles also in the fastag lane due to which waiting time is about 15 -20mins minimum at the plaza inspite of having fastag on vehicle.

tundla toll tax worker behave very rude to Central Government employee, Clear say no concession or exempted for CRPF employee even on Duty . even argue with me . i[censored] complain to nhai 1033 no. u never allowed to pass the toll . even u call any body .
how rude they behave with force personnel. which demoralised to force employee.
do necessary action against that employe, if want to contact then can contact me ...[protected]

i told the guy that i am on govt. and show him the letter of my Department to move on govt. duty, but the toll tax guy reject and behave very ride . clear say no allowed for CRPF department .
