National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — unable to use my fastag | |||||
I recently purchases a idfc fastag and recharged for 200 rs when i entered devanahalli toll plaza the fastag was not working and even tried at electronic city even there had faced the same issue had to pay money and come out. Tried calling customer care but they dont understand the problem at all. Just worst... If they have such a bad customer service why are you guys having this fastag service. Just cheat you guys are.
