National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Unauthorised charging of toll and unethical behaviour

Today my vehicle KL 07 CP 0525 passes 10.13 am paliekkara toll Trichur Kerala.my fast tag have Rs.530 balance.but the barrier not lifted me to pass.they told that i have no balance and they charged double Rs. 150 including fine.after passing the toll my fast tag account debited Rs.75. so instead of Rs. 75 i had been charged Rs.225.this is un justice.this happens due to non of my fault but due to the toll equipment fault.so please refund my amount with loss compensation as early as possible.i am attaching the photos as evidence.please take action against this kind of situation to avoid mental harassment from toll employees
