Hi nhai,
I was traveling to pune on 22nd oct 2017 and reached about 3 km away from khed shivapur toll naka, from there it took 4 hours to teach to katraj entry

1) there aee many bridges which are not completed still government is taking toll from citizens
2) diversions made are not good for travelling 2 vechicles at a time
You need to make sure when you are making a diversion on national highway it should not make vehicle speed come down to 20km
3) many people got frustrated and pushed their vehicles in wrong side, there ia no monitoring system
4) no boards displaying contacts of highway authority to vontact in such kind of situation
5) if yiu dont have system to monitor trafic do use google map it shows red marks where there are conjetion
Use it to redesign areas where there are frequent trafdic jams
6) there are restaurants near by highway, make a rule to have atleast 100 feet away from road
This should be done for high storage buildings also. As there are many builings causing danger ti highway trafic when yiu enter in pune by nh48

Request yiu to take immmediate action and work, as entering is pune is becoming difficult day by day
