National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — worst service at tolls between davangere to bangalore

Hi,

I am a frequent traveler between DAVANAGERE and Bangalore, today while traveling it was a very experience. No proper management of FASTAG lane, and huge delay at each toll. In till after DAVANAGERE they don't have dedicated FASTAG lane only. And if que is long they should allow us to pass without paying that also they don't do.
If one guy is holding the line up they can ask him to park and come and pay back, for that everyone should not wait right.

Please look into this, and lot of improvement required at tolls.
