National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Wrong deduction and no update after more than a month

I travelled through Raikal toll plaza and normal amount was deducted on the same day of 31-Jan. But later on 2-Feb, I was wrongly deducted a charge of 305/- at Raikal Toll plaza, and I raised a complaint on ICICI fastag website on 3-Feb. I have been following with ICICI and NHAI customer care from more than a month and even now no update. This is the second time it is happening and no update. Below are the complaint details.
Please check and refund my money and take action on ICICI fastag. Please check attachment.

Every alternate day, I am calling up ICICI customer care and no update even now. ICICI Fastag is just a fraudulent company looting money from citizens in the name of Toll Tags.
