National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Wrong FASTag deduction at Egatur Toll Plaza

Address:Egatur Toll Plaza, OMR, Chennai

I am regularly using the monthly FasTag recharge of Rs.1, 100 (Egatur Toll Plaza) and so far there was no problem till 24th Sep 2021.

But on 25th & 27th Sep 2021 suddenly it deducted 60 each. This complaint was raised by me on 25th Sep itself, but no resolution yet.

Luckily I had some balance in my FasTag wallet. Otherwise they would have stopped me at the Toll. .

Please correct the issue at Egattur Toll Plaza systems so that it does not repeat tomorrow. Please treat this urgent.
