[Resolved]  National Institute Of Open Schooling — about wrong deduction for nios d. el. ed. course through easypay services

Dear Sir/Madam Good morning!! I was very happy to use of your eazypay server on last day i.e.-30/09/2017 evening time of ICICI for the payment of NIOS- D.El.Ed. and got many transactions successful but that time i also faced a problem that I try to pay of Rs.-4500+45(transaction fee or other charges)=4545/- for Mr. Rakesh Kumar, NIOS Reference No- D100212087 and Udise No-10020000665, Email- [email protected], Mob- 9931405605 but suddenly that amount has been deducted and i haven't received any transactions no or acknowledgement slip for that. Hence that day was last day for application and payment so i done immediate another payment for that candidate while i should have to wait for few days for payment update but that was last date so i made another payment. Kindly care of my message because i provided you many times proof of related deduction concern with our mobile banking statement, while we haven't get any other details due to heavy and too busy your server that time kindly try to understand and track our deduction details through our NIOS D.el.ed. Reference No- D100212087, Udise No-10020000665, Email- [email protected], Mob- 9931405605(Rakesh Kumar) and check that and refund our amount of 4545/- in my account where from you deducted.
