Sir, I am Jibon Gogoi. My D.El.Ed.admission enrollment number is [protected].I got my admission on 30/09/2017 and the time was 21:08:50.At first I tried to deposit the admission fee through the Indian Bank ATM Debit Card.But, as the server was slow, I tried the SBI ATM Debit Card and this second attempt was successful bearing the Bank Transaction Reference No. CTX[protected].But unknowingly, my first attempt to transfer the fee through the Indian Bank ATM Debit Card was also successful about which I came to know when I updated my bank passbook and it is shown as transferred of Rs.4545.00 under the head POS ATM PURCH.Hence you have received my admission fee twice.So Sir, please refund my one admission fee. Dec 02, 2017 Bunker123's response प्रति, श्रीमान अध्यक्ष/ सचिव महोदय, राष्ट्रीय मुक्त विद्यालय शिक्षा संस्थान दिल्ली विषय- डी एल एड प्रवेश हेतु शुल्क वापस करवाने के संदर्भ में महोदय सविनय नम्र निवेदन है कि मैं सुरेश कुमार बुनकर प्राचार्य सुबोध पब्लिक स्कूल पाण्डव पारा (यू डाइस कोड[protected] अपने स्टाफ शिक्षकों एवं शिक्षिकाओं का एनआईओएस मे डी एल एड पाठ्यक्रम प्रवेश हेतु ऑनलाइन आवेदन दिया था जिसमें से 2 शिक्षकों का आवेदन भरते समय बैंक से दो-दो बार करके पैसा खाते से कट गया किंतु उस समय रजिस्ट्रेशन फेल बताया गया फिर मैंने दोबारा उनका रजिस्ट्रेशन हेतु ऑनलाइन पेमेंट किया तब जाकर रजिस्ट्रेशन सक्सेसफुल हुआ लेकिन दोबारा कटा हुआ पैसा वापस नहीं आया जिसका मैंने संबंधित बैंक को कंप्लेंट दर्ज करा या तो उन्होंने 45 दिन का समय दिया और कहा 45 दिन के अंदर आपका पैसा रिफंड हो जाएगा किंतु 45 दिन बीतने के बाद फिर मैंने उनसे संपर्क किया तो उन्होंने बताया कि पैसा आपके खाते से कटकर एनआईओएस के पोर्टल में जा चुका है आप उन्ही से बात किया जा सकता है अत: श्रीमान जी से नम्र निवेदन है कि जो मैंने 31 सितंबर को ऑनलाइन ट्रांजैक्शन करा था जो कि फेल बताया था उसका पैसा संबंधित बैंक में रिफंड करवाने का महान कृपा करें। धन्यवाद नोट:- १ सरिता साहू reference number D[protected] enrollment number [protected] २ Rupa reference number D[protected] enrollment number [protected] आवेदक Suresh Kumar bunker प्राचार्य Subodh Public School pandavpara School u dise code[protected] | |
