Dear Sir,

My name is Anushree Satpute. On 15th MAY 2021 I had my NISM (LEVEL 1) investment advisor exam from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. When I checked my result in the morning on 16th May it was written that I was absent in the exam, as I have given my exam HOw can it be possible that I'm absent. I mailed this concern to [protected]@nism.ac.in. After this, when I again checked my profile, it appeared that I had failed the exam. I know my exam was so good, I can't fail in the exam. This is my humble request to please ask your staff to mail me one soft copy of my exam. I want to check my answer sheet by myself. I have even called customer care but no one answered. [protected] my enrollment number.

Same problem occuring with me . i had exam today on 5:30-7:30 and in in latenight it shows Absent for my status. can u tell when i will get this problem resolved !

    I have given NISM exam on 2nd may-21. I have passed with 83.25% marks. But now it showing that certificate was rejected without providing the actual reason for the same

        Please find that in your portal of exam from home I cannot shown my not attempted question. On today that is 11/04/2021 which effect my result. I am also mention to your instructor but not provide solution.
        Please check the chat which I have sent trough the attachment. Please give me another chance or refund my exam fee. I am so poor to ful the exam so much time without my mistake.

          I haven't received the test link for my scheduled test of NISM commodity derivative exam on 28/03/21 and not able to attend the exam.

          on site its showing absent, I was waiting till the last minute but not received any link on my registered mail id.

          I have drop my concern many times through mail and over the phone but no proper response coming from NISM.

          i am worried about test and fees paid.

          Do the needful for rescheduling of my test again.

            The worst CUSTOMER care HELPDESK service I have seen in my life. Called for certificate 10-15 times till now but not got any resolution yet. They just disconnect the call in between after saying something or giving half solution. Gave NISM series 8 exam on 13th feb and still waiting for certificate. I guess the Upper Management of NISM is just eating and ### all over NISM. They have not heard a word called Professionalism as the executive talks like I have taken money from them and they are doing me a favour. They are ###.

              My self Prathamesh Sawant i have opted for
              NISM-Series-XV: Research Analyst Certification Examination on 21st feb 2021 ( Exam from anywhere ) and i have also cleared it and passed but i haven't receive my certificate yet i have also submitted my documents (pancard detail while registration process could you please let me know when will i be receiving my certificate now its been more than 3 weeks it is also mention that will be receiving nism certificate within 2 weeks of appearing for examination on a register email id please kindly look into it where the certificate approval process has stucked customer service ppl are nt attaining call

                    Dear All,

                    I had enrolled for CPE program(renewal of Mutual Funds-Series VA) dated 20th Feb'21 at Bangalore, however, due to sudden surge of COVID at certain areas of Bangalore, I will be unable to attend the programme physically due to chance of further spread or otherwise...Hence had requested for the rescheduling of the same to eCPE or if there is provision of yo reschedule the same to any later date??Have already paid for the enrollment fees and also did place the request to the designated mail ids as provided by NISM.

                      Dear NISM,

                      I have attended three time for NISM VI Series exam, and I am not able to get 60% Marks and every time I am paying Rs 1524.
                      Can I know why you are hitting poor student financially. Till now I have paid more than Rs 4500 and still not able to get Pass. I am ok to attend again but why my family should suffer fanatically..

                        Greetings of the day.

                        I am Suryansh Tamrakar. My enrollment number for NISM Certification is [protected].
                        I appeared for the NISM-5A exam on 21st november 2020 through Matte app via online mode.

                        My certificate status is still showing as On Hold. I have contacted helpdesk multiple times and the only answer I get is that I would be receiving an Audit email which I never received.

                        I have also tried to contact the Audit dept. over ([protected]) but got no response.

                        Please look into the matter and solve my query on a priority basis as my employer is asking for the certificate otherwise they will fire me which I can not afford in this tough time.

                          I had booked an online test for renewal of ARN for 2nd feb 2021, but since Mettl browser did not work in any laptop or desktop and the Mettl team were unable to resolve the issue, I was unable to give my exam, I contacted the customer care after great difficulty to reschedule the exam, they told me to mail and accordingly I did that, I followed up with top up mail everyday but till date I am unable to get my exam rescheduled. Neither are u refunding my money back nor are u rescheduling my exam.

                              I successfully cleared my NISM-SERIES-V-A date of 12/12/2020 and today we are in 28/01/2021 still my Passing certificate is not received.
                              I tried to connect with customer care and executive guide me press 2 and press 1 on ivr no one atlist showing curtesy to listen.
                              I need to submit my certificate on priority in my office.
                              Customer care email id responded it's in process login to site and check...after that they stopped responding...
                              It's humble request to provide my certificate
                              Please show some helping nature.
                              If once I completed 60 days I cannot apply for refund of NISM fees return back...

                                  I had given my exam on 28th Nov 2020 and passed with 94 marks. My enrollment number is [protected]. It has been a tiring and frustrating journey for me as I have been constantly calling the customer care number for issuing my certificate which was approved months ago.
                                  They don't pick up the phone and when they do, they give me the excuse that due to some technical error my certificate is stuck.
                                  I went to the head office and there is no one accountable there to guide me.
                                  I've only been struggling with this. It would be a huge relief if you could forward my complaint and resolve it by the end of this month as I have prepared my DD and other documents to submit for my ARN number.

                                        I'd raised 2 requests in december(#372496 & #372911) on NiSM platform. I had enrolled for "NISM-Series-XIII: Common Derivatives Certification Examination" paying INR 3000 scheduled on Apr 25, 2020 with enrolment number [protected] which was cancelled due to covid-19 pandemic. I wanted to appear for "NISM-Series-I: Currency Derivatives Certification Examination" and "NISM-Series-VIII: Equity Derivatives Certification Examination" since these 2 are available online & serves the same purpose as that by common derivatives certificate. I had initially asked to register me for these examinations as both tests together cost INR 3000 but I was told it was not possible at their end. Then one of their customer care representative had asked me to send a mail asking to cancel the registration & refund the amount & then I can register for the required examinations. Post that there was no communication from their end. & because my certificate had expired I had to appear for new certificates with enrolment numbers [protected] and [protected]. Now, I am being told that there won't be any refund. Can you please look into the issue. They were not willing to internally manage & enroll me to online available examinations which cost the same & neither they want to give the money back.
