I have registered for nism series-Vlll examination on Saturday[protected] and payment status was unsuccessful I'm providing below screenshots of transaction details and Nism transaction no.[protected] please reply to this email and this is second time I'm mailing regarding this issue they replying with service request id with two different numbers please help me out refund my money back

    I have given my NISM Exam 13th Dec 2020 and still I have not getting my Certificate .
    I have call customer care and mark mail but nothing is updated from both side .

        Back ground:

        Myself archana gupta axxxx5396e
        My daughter tanvi gupta bxxxx6884l

        Our amfi certification was valid till 31st march 2020 (Hence extended till 30th june 2020 due to lock down). We enrolled for cpe course with nism on 15th march 2020, since this course got cancelled due to covid situation we enrolled for a course again on 22nd march (At gurgaon with your service provider rise). Please note that we paid twice rs 2500 each for both the candidates.

        In the month of may nism started the ecpe program and we were approached for the same. My daughter enrolled on 22nd may and i enrolled on 24th may. The email was silent that the enrollment was valid only for 48 hours. We thought that the amfi certification is valid till 30th june, so we can complete it at leisure. The welcome email on the same does not mention that the course is valid only for 48 hours.

        After 2-3 days when we started to complete the course we realised our mistake. My daughter approached nism customer services, they immediately renewed her enrollment and she completed the course on june 5th. But since then i have repeatedly requested the customer services but they are not renewing the course for me (Archana gupta : axxxx5396e). They are asking for fresh payment for renewal of the ecpe training.

        I have 2 requests now:
        1) please renew the course for me (Archana gupta : axxxx5396e)
        2) direct rise consultants private limited to refund our amount immediately without any further details.

        In these difficult times, i would urge your organisation to have a more humane approach and consider my request favourably.

          My certificate is unathorizedly using by other broking company (Master capital services pvt ltd). I came to know this information when i gave a call to nse tollfree number.

          So, please release my certificate and save my cerfication from unauthorized usage.

          Please make dedicated course on Alternative Investment Funds, Real Estate, Energy sector(electricity, dams, Plastic)Insurance & Inflation. We all finance students want to learn about it.
          hope you'll revert and work for it. please make NISM Certification program for it.

            I am vivek working at bhojan capital advisors private limited. For applying a hall ticket, i made an online payment on 13 jun 2017 11:06:46. But unfortunately the transaction was unsuccessful and during the transaction there was a not that refund of fees will be done in 10 days. So, i was waiting for 10 days and i didn't get my money back.
            On 23 june 2017 i wrote a mail from "[protected]@bhojancapital.com" to "[protected]@nism.ac.in" stating that i have not received my money. From "[protected]@nism. Zendesk.com" i got a reference number (#201138) for my complaint and there was positive feedback on the complaint.
            So, again on 30 june 2017 i drafted a mail to "[protected]@nism. Zendesk.com" and got a reference number (#202700) again. Even then i didn't get my money back.
            On 4 july 2017 i mailed them again and where there was no proper response.
            I kindly request you to help me in getting my money back.

              Dear sir/ma'am,

              I have tray to book my nism derivatives module exam seat on 17/04/2017 but some network problem my transaction has been unsuccessful when on same day i call to nism help desk they (Madhumati bhosle) provide inform me your money will refunded in 7 working days "as per nism refund policy" now when after 7 days i call again and inform him i am not getting any refund form nism then they inform me if you register complaint for refund then 7 working days applicable in refund policy then they can register my complaint regarding this transaction.

              Transaction time=16:24:17
              Transaction amount=1508.63

              Now on 5th of may when i am calling for refund on nism help desk then "madhumati bhosle" inform me we can not done any refund process and if you want to complaint to any one you can do as you like we are not providing refund to any one.

              When i am say you can not tack to any student like this this is you duty to provide information to customers they they told me we all ready process your request for arn number when we received then we inform to you when i am asking for time they for arn they replay in abuse language we can not provide any more information to you & for arn it will take time its depend on visa department. Now you have to cut this call.

              And when i call again to nism for what can i do whis this arn number they (Madhubati bhosle) say to me owe duty is on to provide this arn number to customer we can not do refund process.

              Now please inform me how nism can appoint this kind of customer services representative they can tack in abuse language in recorded line and organisation can not take any action against him.
              And when customer pay transaction to nism so its duty to process refund is to customer responsibility of nism.

              How they can just provide this arn number to customer and close complained of customer. And who will don this refund process complete.

                I am Satishbabu, I have sent my staff to appear for NISM-VIII series exam on[protected] at Hubli NSEit center 1.30 to 3.30 slot. But due power failure they have not conducted the exam and informed us that the exam will be reschedule in 15days. They don't even have power backup system.

                Kindly take action against them for the loss happened to us.

                  Dear sir,
                  I had applied for NISM-SERIES VIII on 19th feb, 2016 but transaction was unsuccessful and my money(exam fees) was credited to NISM account.

                  Transaction #[protected] dated 19 Feb 2016.
                  I'm following with NISM help desk since 19th feb, 2016. for refunding my exam fees but they always sending me following reply stating money will be refunded within 5-6 days and now its been a month I have not yet received my refund amount.
                  I was paid the amount by ICICI credit card. and after two day i.e. 13th march, 2016. is my billing date AND I will be charged interest for the said amount.
                  so please do the needful as soon as possible.

                  I am pass my nism exam 23/01/2022, but my nism certificate on hold.my exam 3 time rotate my room I gave my examination and passed it with good marks. But my certificate has been kept on hold saying I've used unfair means! I have not used any unfair means. I was all alone in the room. There was no voice whatsoever. There was no interference from anyone at any time. I even showed the whole room when asked. I challenge this decision to hold my certificate. I wanna know on what grounds they're doing this!

                    I was not allowed to appear for exam today which was scheduled today at 3.30 bcoz i had only voter id card...

                    My question is why voter id card is denied for id proof and if the person is not having any proof which you have given then what should he do...

                    If i dont have a car then what will i do with driving license...and is it mandadatory to make a passport...the things which ate mandatory you people have not mentioned those...

                    I need a valid reason why voter id is not accepted as a proof...

                      I had applied for online certification course of nism-series v-a; mutual fund distributors certification examination(English) on 4-feb-2016, registration no. Nism[protected] and enrolment no. [protected], examination centre patna-nesit date 03-march 2015 at 11:30 to 13:30 hr, today i have been to the examination centre and they did not allowed me to appear the examination after taking signature on attendance sheet by saying that your aadhaar card is invalid, i told him to cross-check the same although goi-aadhaar card website but they did not listen to my single word, neither they verified my aadhar card nor permitted me to appear the examination, centre manager word was as "this is not valid id proof so we will not permit you to appear the examination if you not agree with my word than go outside and talk to nism/nseit" their behavior was completely an-ethical, giving illogical method to prove my aadhar card wrong. Thereafter i followed all escalation matrix of the nism/nseit but did not found solution/response, now, i realised that this is the technique/way of company to cheat the fund from candidate

                      Now, i want my fee back or re-scheduling the examination

                        I mr. Rajkumar tanwar working with hdfc bank. I get registration for
                        Amfi certification where i filled all details and upload my pan card
                        Scan copy. I don't uploaded my photo because of availability. Where for
                        Photo it's was clearly mentioned that i[censored] don't have photo, you can
                        Carry at examination center. And i get registered.
                        Now you guise are saying that without photo in registration candidate
                        Ca't seat in examination.
                        That's showing else website is not updated or you guise don't now
                        About exam policy.
                        Very bitter experience with nism institute. I can't understand how sebi
                        Given u permission for conduct amfi exam.

                        Very very pathetic service and experience with nism.

                            I am utkal dash from chennai. I had applied for derivative market (Dealer module) this jan 25th. But befor 3 to 4 days i got a mail that

                            Dear candidate,

                            Sub: derivatives market (Dealers) module

                            Sebi has specified vide notification dated 11th january, 2013 that ‘nism-series-viii-equity derivatives certification examination’ is the requisite standard for associated persons functioning as approved users and sales personnel of the trading member of an equity derivatives exchange or equity derivative segment of a recognized stock exchange.

                            In view of the above, your enrollment for derivatives market (Dealers) module exam has been cancelled and your amount has been credited back to individual / corporate ncfm account depending on whether the enrollment was done by you or your company

                            Despite of repeatedly requesting via emails and phone calls, i have not been provided any correct information with regards to this matter.. I called so many times i called them but i did not get any from nism people.
                            In view of the sebi circular dt jan. 11, 2013 as quoted by you in your e-mail dt. Jan. 16, 2013 beneath for cancellation of ncfm exam.

                            I wish to decline to appear before both the said examinations and hereby request you to remit back an amount of rs. 1724.78 as paid by me against enrollment for ncfm exam. I need that money urgently. I don't want to go for it. I am enclosing all my details given below. Kindly credited my money to my account.
