Dear sir i have an insurance policy of your company no.[protected] dated 09.04.16 from 09.04.15 to 08.04.16. my vehicle met with an accident on dated 29.01.16. I submitted my claim on date 29.01.16 .I have not received claim even after nine month .please intimate me the reason of this delay In case i don't receive my claim up to 10th October 2016. I applied for accidental claim two months ago.I tried to call and check the status of my claim a lot of time but they didn't respond well. Please help me and grant me my claim otherwise i will lodge a case against your company in Consumer Form and Court.

Really sorry to inform that inspite of depositing all related documents on time did not get my claim due to agent Code 204 Ranjit Dutta negligiency who ignored and did not submitted to company.If not getting the amount within week I will go to consumer court and take action against company and agent
