National Insurance Company — Agent not giving satisfactory service

My policy no is 101600/48/15/[protected] I am complaining point wise as below mentioned :

1. I have submitted all paper related to claim to Mr damani in month of November 2016 but till date he not processed it.

2. I renewed policy by cheque Dt 01/01/17 no 304408 Rs 6574/- till date I not get policy paper after 2 month.

Please look into it as Mr Damani giving service I am loosing my trust.
