Clime reference no.K130. My Suzuki swift dezair accident complaint reported on 16th Augest 2016.Completion bill with all doccument submited on 30th Augest 2016.The total amount was 27400/-, but paid only18998 at on 7th october 2016.When I asked the policy of my vehicle was Bumber to Bumber insurance. Then why diducted and delayed my clime. Same I asked the kottarakara(kollam dist, kerala) office, they replied"the amount deducted, because it was not full coverage(this is not my mistake.I asked full coverage plicicy) and the delay due to survayour's fault". Oct 19, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved One person from Kolkatta called me (phone no.+917065180839)and promised the remaining amount will be back to my Account.But still not received any amount in my Account.I suspect it was a fraud call. National Insurance Company customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
