Baroda health policy (Expiring on 29.09.16) not received as yet while health cards by raksha tpa against policy no 361701/48/15/[protected] membership id [protected] are received on time. Several contacts in bank of baroda surya nagar ghaziabad-201011 has been made. They also contacted to vishwas nagar bob new delhi and laxmi nagar district centre new delhi.
