National Insurance Company — bike insurance claim

I made my motorcycle insurance claim 3weeks ago still i didn't get any response from ur company. My bike is in showroom they told us that national insurance is not giving any response to our request. My policy number is[protected]. It has-been 3weeks since my bike met with an accident. I am totally frustrated with your support. Its my request plzz look at my problem otherwise i will go to consumer court.
