Its being last 2.5 months i am not able to trace my actual claim clearance from the company. Have called each one of the respective heads with all forwarding the calls to others person who dont even respond. Infact myself speaking to insurance company / sometimes at honda assure where from buyed the policy. Also have gone deep into & spoken to concerned surveyor team who as per them have forwarded the same 17 days back. Can someone from insurance look into it. Customer care not recieving and responding to my query on How to cope up with online renewal. First thing is i tried calling not recieving number is[protected] to 09.
