Policy number : 550300/50/18/10000108 Claim number : 98464577 Bank account number : [protected] (Union bank of india) Utr number : kkbk[protected] Emp id : h1390 I, budidha ravi prasad, submitted my post-hospitalization bills to national insurance. It has been settled, i got a confirmation mail regarding the same on 9th august 2019. But till now i have not received the settled amount of rs.17, 832. But pls give the labour charge. In bill of worshop labour charge is 15000 rs
But insurance company is provideded only 9000 rs what is the reason. This is not possible and satiesfied.
