The following said claim is due from long time. Card no member name file no admission date discharge date claim amount [protected]d ethan x pinto 20190130b005rh25667 23.01.2019 25.01.2019 36314 We need the due payment along with the over due interest @ 18%. I have personally visited to the medsave office & also sent several reminders through email, but till date no claim got cleraed. Even doctor also given the required prescription to the dept. Alfter giving all the supporting still they have not cleared our claim. Request you to pls get this resolved on top most priority. Was this information helpful? | |||
