Dear sir/mam,
I am rajender kumar bansal, my swift (Dl8 sw5405), was stolen on 27 june, 2018.
I have provided all the documents which the insurance department demanded from me.
But the officers of the national company are not ready to do the file work.
They keep om saying that in a day or two we eill process your file.
Kindly take appropriate actions

Yester day[protected] I have renewed my policy through on line . Due net problem site was disconnected before downloading the receipt and Policy.Payment was done and it is deducted from my account also.
