National Insurance Company — complaint about delay in my claim | |||
I have a truck open body having registartion no is hr 66a 4105 in the name of ram avtar. Which is insured by your company policy no 36140/31/16/[protected] was issured from your rewari branch having insurance period from 12/08/2016 to 11/08/2017. My vehicle had got fire on. 31/30/2017. It was total loss declared by the surveyor mr d k sharma. I have completed all the formailties at that time and after some time when i want to know my claim status from your rewari branch than your dealing persons said that it will take some time and after many visit to your office than i was very surprised to see that branch manager mr manoj gupta talked very roughly and absued me and after all discussion said that it will take more than 1year and not give me a proper response and when i told him that your company's webiste shows that 78 hours to be taken for a customer calim settled after comleted all the formalities but it take more 6 months in my case than manager said that get out from my office i have some other work. Agian i requested you to please solve my issue realating in delaying of stettling in my claim. Insured name ram avtar. Mob [protected] Mail i d anilyadav.
