Sub : justification for the delay in reimbursement.

Resp. Sir,

With reference to above subject i the undersigned mr. Subhash chilakwad already applied for re imbursement vide all the above referred letters.

For the ref no. 1 above case no.1 the reimbursement amount is credited in my account on 04.07.2017. After 75 days. Ref. No. 2 case no. 2 it is already ninety five days are over but i have not received any reply from your end and also not received any reimbursement.

I have already expenses more than two lakhs from my end and that money also i have taken loan on my credit card and paying the interest at rate of 13.50% p. A.

After all how much time you take to settle the reimbursement. I want to know what is the maximum time fixed to settle the reimbursement. I have seen in bajaj allianz insurance the time fixed is maximum 14 days.

I am having three different mediclaim polices form national insurance co. Ltd. Kalyan since more than fifteen years i am punctually every year renew the same in time. Also i have forced my relatives as well as all my friends to go for mediclaim from national insurance co. Ltd. So all together we have taken more than 15 policies. The main intension is to go for national insurance co. Ltd. Mediclaim policy is to get government assured policy and our contribution and faith towards government.

Now we are re - thinking about renewing all the polices.

I am regularly in touch with your office at national insurance co. Ltd. Kalyan. Also park mediclaim tpa pvt. Ltd. Mulund. Mumbai. And fulfilling all the requirements than also you are not giving me any reply verbally as well as in writing as you have all my contact details like email address, mobile nos. Etc. The manager mr. Rajan bhatia at kalyan national insurance co. Ltd. Is so rude he treats customers like they are beggars and he is paying them from his own pocket as a charity.

All the staff of national insurance co. Ltd. Kalyan. Also park mediclaim tpa pvt. Ltd. Mulund. Mumbai. Are totally non co operative and very rude towards customers.

So i kindly request you to reimburse the expenses incurred by me along with the interest as i mentioned in my letter dated 18.05.2017.

Also i want the total satisfactory justification for the time taken for reimbursement. At the earliest.

today is 14.08.2017 till today i have not received my re reimbursement as it is said to be sanctioned on 17.07.2017
and still they use the customer as football . they give only non responsible answers . where to go for justice . god only can save customers from national insurance co. ltd.

Claim is submitted 2 June 2017 for reimbursement. Till date claim is not pass
Claim is submitted in Baroda Gujarat.
Our claim is submitted in 2 June 2017 but till date your company is not pass to our case please so pass case as soon as possible .

Every formalty completed by me and my car 10 days on workshops... but my claim not pass
i am subhash chilakwad i have made complaint on 09.08.2017 . so many reminders till today i have not received my reimbursement amount. also what is the use of complaining on your sight, because you also not taking any action . government should punish the people not working in the interest of national insurance co.ltd.
i am totally collapse. now i dont have any hopes from the government.
